Eoin O’Connor

Eoin O’Connor is a Dublin born artist who draws his inspiration from the sublime in nature. He spent three years studying in West Wales, UK, where he gained a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art Sculpture.

After graduating from college, Eoin moved to the town of Lahinch in County Clare - close to the awesome Cliffs of Moher. Living on the west coast of Ireland, Eoin has developed a deep respect for the ocean and the raw power of nature.

Eoin spent the majority of 2009 travelling in South Africa, Australia, The Cook Islands, U.S.A and Mexico. He spent this time developing his understanding of different cultures and experiencing some of the most visually outstanding areas on the planet. This in turn gave him a deeper appreciation of the natural beauty of Ireland.

Eoin produces works in many genres of art. He loves to experiment with colour and texture and to create work that is vibrant and fun.

As Eoin says “To experience that single moment in time when all elements come together to produce something beautiful is what drives me to be here’’.
